Noor Al-Bayan Academy provides online one-to-one and small group classes to teach Arabic language and Qur’an to non-Arabic speaking children and learners worldwide, using the Noor Al-Bayan educational methodology.

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. Parents or legal guardians must register for children under 18 and are responsible for account activity and provided information.

Classes are conducted online at scheduled times with qualified teachers. You can book, reschedule, or cancel classes according to our policies.

We aim to provide a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment.

Our paid programs are offered on a subscription basis. Prices, billing cycles, and payment methods are shown on the website and at checkout.

By purchasing a program, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you can continue using any remaining eligible classes until the end of the current paid period.

You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, subject to eligibility and conditions.

If a student misses a class, it may be rescheduled according to our attendance policy. Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for rescheduling.

Missed classes are not automatically refundable after the 7-day refund period.

You agree to use our website and services in a positive and respectful manner. Harassment, abuse, or any misuse of the platform is not allowed and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All content, materials, curriculum, and resources provided by Noor Al-Bayan Academy, including the Noor Al-Bayan methodology, are the intellectual property of Noor Albayan LLC and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

While we strive to provide high-quality education and reliable services, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute will be resolved through good faith discussions, and if necessary, through the courts of Egypt.
