Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within this 7-day period.

If any paid classes have already been attended or delivered during the 7-day refund period, the value of those completed classes may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Classes that have already been completed are non-refundable.

The 7-day refund period applies to the initial purchase of a paid program and does not automatically restart with each subscription renewal.

Customers may cancel future renewals in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Please include:

• Parent or account holder name
• Student name
• Email address used for enrollment
• Program purchased
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Once approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer.

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Classes that have already been completed.
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial purchase.
• Missed classes or no-shows that are not eligible for rescheduling under our class attendance policy.
• Any other services specifically identified as non-refundable before purchase.
