When the Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation stops future renewals. You will not be charged for the next billing period.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period, and you can continue to use any remaining eligible classes during that time.

Remaining Classes
Any unused classes included in your current paid period can be used until the end of that period. Unused classes do not roll over to the next billing period and are not refundable after cancellation.

Billing and Charges
Once you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
No additional cancellation fees apply.

Missed Classes
If a student misses a class, the class may be rescheduled according to our class attendance policy. Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for rescheduling.
Missed classes are not a reason for a refund after the 7-day refund period, but they may be rescheduled based on availability.

Teacher or Academy Cancellation
If a teacher or the academy cancels a class, we will offer a replacement class at a convenient time. If a replacement is not possible, the affected class will be credited to your account or refunded, according to our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you can continue using your remaining eligible classes until the end of the current paid period.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
How do I know my cancellation was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed.
