Noor Al-Bayan Academy provides online educational services, including one-to-one and small group classes to teach Arabic language and Qur’an to non-Arabic speaking children and learners worldwide.

Our services are delivered live online by qualified teachers; we do not sell or ship any physical products.

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive a purchase confirmation by email. Our team will then process your enrollment and contact you (usually within 1–2 business days) to collect any additional information and arrange the next steps.

We will assign a suitable qualified teacher based on your child’s level, goals, and availability. You may be offered options and can discuss any specific requests with our team.

Your classes will be scheduled at mutually agreed days and times. We take into account your time zone and the teacher’s availability. You can book, reschedule, or cancel classes in accordance with our policies.

Before each class, you will receive the class link and any relevant instructions (such as platform, teacher name, and class time) via email and/or through your account on our platform.

In most cases, classes begin within 2–5 business days after purchase, depending on teacher availability and the information provided during enrollment. We will keep you informed of the expected start date.

Classes are conducted live online using a secure video platform (such as Zoom or our learning platform). Students interact with their teacher in real time, using interactive materials and the Noor Al-Bayan methodology.

If a student misses a class, it may be rescheduled according to our class attendance policy. Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for rescheduling and are not refundable after the 7-day refund period.

You can reschedule or cancel a class in advance according to our cancellation policy. Please notify us as early as possible to allow adequate time for rescheduling.

We work with families from around the world. All class times are scheduled based on your local time zone, which will be confirmed during the enrollment process.
